Q: Do you assist those with disabilities?

Of course! Every year, we assist those with disabilities. Whether it be stopping the ride to load someone from a wheelchair, or promoting the use of ear protection for those with sensory requirements, we make every effort to be all-inclusive. Understanding that every situation is unique, we request that if a rider needs assistance, they see a ride attendant or email us at ContactUs@TrimpersHauntedHouse.com. Seriously. Email, Facebook message, call, or come talk to us. We want to make sure your vacation is special and will do everything we can to assist you and your family.

Q: Is this an indoor or outdoor ride?

It is 95% indoor with air conditioning. Riders are brought onto a second story patio for a few moments during the course of the ride, and that is the only time the ride vehicle is exposed to the outdoor elements.

Q: Is this ride appropriate for all ages?

Some of our extremely younger riders might find some of the displays disturbing.  It is up to the rider’s guardian to determine if they are able to ride. If you have any questions or concerns, please see an attendant or send us an email at ContactUs@TrimpersHauntedHouse.com

Q: What is the rider height requirement?

Minimum height to ride solo: 42 inches. However, each rider under the stated height must ride with a companion of 42 inches or greater, and be capable of ensuring the child’s compliance with all safety rules. We deserve the right to deny service for any reason.

Q: How many riders can fit into one cart?

We can fit 2 adults and 1 child. However, every rider is different and it depends on the riders size. Normally, we seat 2 average sized adults with room to spare, or 1 adult and 2 children. Parties of 4 or more will be loaded into multiple ride vehicles at no added cost.

You bet! Our family has lived and worked in the Ocean City area for our entire lives. We were born into the Amusement and Service industry and we know that locals support each other. For questions, please contact us at Community@TrimpersHauntedHouse.com
